The goal of a money detox is to identify and break negative money patterns, become more mindful of your financial decisions, and ultimately, gain more control over your financial situation.  

We do this via a thorough declutter & review of your money matters.  This process can be helpful in reducing financial stress and building a healthier relationship with money.

My experience has shown me that through working with your money personality, gaining clarity on where you are financially and what financially well means to you are THE critical success components.
